Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with eShopStream. If you are not satisfied, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:
1. Subscription Refunds
You may cancel your eShopStream subscription at any time. Refunds for monthly subscriptions are available if requested within 7 days of the initial charge. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a partial refund if requested within 30 days.
2. Digital Products
Refunds for digital products or one-time services are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the digital product is defective or does not match its description, a full refund will be issued.
3. Transaction Fees
Please note that transaction fees charged by payment processors may be non-refundable depending on the processor's policies.
4. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.
